A practical understanding of pallet accounts.
Phillip brings more than 20 years of transport-operations experience to KPM, including three years managing CHEP accounts for a transport business.
Drawing on his transport-operations experience, Phillip started Kiwi Pallet Management to help businesses take control of their hire pallet accounts. That hands-on background shapes our small team’s approach: practical processes, clear communication and careful attention to detail.

Do you manage both CHEP and Loscam accounts?
Yes. KPM supports businesses using CHEP, Loscam or both.
Can you investigate older transactions?
Yes. We can review historical records and follow up discrepancies. We agree the scope based on the records available and the issues involved.
Do I need to commit to ongoing management?
No. You can use KPM for a one-off review, a recovery project, or setup and training. Weekly management is available if you want regular support.
